Joe is a retired Military Veteran in operations with an active Top Secret/SCI Security clearance. He managed programs, directed readiness training for Army Rangers, their professional development and much more. After retiring he worked at Amazon in operations, and also worked as a substitute teacher. JoeBall’s challenge was finding a job that was flexible enough to support his kayaking, his ability to spend time with his wife, Jenny, and his daughter CJ and step-daughter Chloe, and travel around to new rivers to put his paddling skills to the test.
What you can expect with JoeBall is a hard-working, problem solver, who paddles and understands your needs as a paddler or fisherman. He wears many hats, leading the charge in customer service, shipping, and operations. He will operate as my right-hand man and as Apex grows, he won’t struggle with the complexities of a growing business.
