SHIPPING
We plan on shipping as many Apex Watercraft products with our “White Glove Delivery” system as possible. An enthusiastic Apex-employed kayak fisherman who wants to meet and greet the new owner of an Apex Watercraft that they helped make, will drive your kayak to your front door and hand deliver it, help you set it up, and make sure you are happy with it. For situations where we need to ship by carrier, we’ll package the kayak well and it will take 1-2 weeks for delivery after shipping.
We base shipping amounts on the location where your Apex products are going and our cost to get it there. Smaller Items are normally shipped via USPS within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days. At this time, we offer express or expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please email us if you would like to overnight your order.
A 9.25% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within Tennessee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are not currently shipping internationally until 2021 unless a container of boats are ordered.
RETURNS POLICY: ONLINE ORDERS
Please note: all artwork or discounted products represent a final sale and no returns are allowed.
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges.
Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s).
[Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.] Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused and in the condition they were receive or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

RETURNS POLICY: IN-STORE PURCHASES
Purchases made in person can be returned or exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date.
